3) There's also the Standard Campervan offered by our trustworthy campervan partner Apollo. This family-run company has been specialised in campervan hire in Australia and New Zealand for years and we've been very happy with their service and vehicles. The Hitop, Eurotourer, Eurocamper and 4x4 campervans are all a maximum of 2 years old, comfortable, furnished conveniently and have a set price. Choose from a campervan for 2, 3, or 4 people (campervans for 6 people available at your request), with or without shower/ toilet. The four available models each have the same terms & conditions and guarantees. The Cheapa = an 'older' version of the Hitop is anywhere from 2 to 5 years old and has been driven an average of 150.000km, making it more affordable. The Cheapa can be hired for a flex-rate, just like the Crea campervan. Our standard campervans all have flex-rates starting April 1st, 2009 (no joking). Flex-rates
Starting April 1st 2009, the campervan hire office we work with only uses flex-rates. Rates are determined based on supply and demand, just like airplane tickets. This means that in periods when demand is low (April through June), you can expect low rates and in time periods when demand goes up, your rate will be higher. These rates are determined in the weekend before each new week. The hiring rate for your campervan quoted to you by us is therefore always valid through the Friday of the week you received a quote from us. Just like with other travel organisations, you can now determine the campervan rate that applies to you by using the flex chart below. 

How to determine your hiring rate?
1. Go to the Apollo flex-rate web site and fill out which type of campervan you would like to hire, where you would like to pick up your campervan (drop-off city is not important when determining the rate) and for which dates you would like to hire the campervan. 
2. After you've filled out your preferences, the following page will show you which (rate)code applies to your campervan type and travel dates. 
3. In the chart/ matrix below you can look up your code - for instance C5 - to find out that your campervan will cost you £42 per day. This rate then applies to the entire hiring time period.  
4. You can now calculate how much it will cost to hire the campervan by multiplying the total number of days you plan to hire the campervan by the daily rate in the chart. Campervans can be hired for a minimum of 7 days. 
5. We recommend purchasing additional insurance, which will then be added to the daily rate. More information on this can be found here. 
6. Please note: when you make changes to your booking (data/depots/type/names) Apollo must create a new reservation and a new flex-rate will apply based on the week you make the changes in.

21-34 days – 8% discount on total hire amount
35-49 days - 15% discount on total hire amount
50+ days - 17.5% discount on total hire amount

Early booking discount:
When booking 180 days or more prior to departure, you'll receive a 5% discount on the hire amount (this does not apply to your insurance fees).
